SEN Teaching Assistant – 1:1 Support & Inclusive Classrooms

Empowering Learning in Northallerton is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with special educational needs in our school network. You will work on a 1:1 basis and in small groups to help students access learning and participate fully in class activities.

The role requires patience, empathy and strong teamwork, with opportunities to develop across primary, secondary and SEND provisions. A Level 2/3 TA qualification and an enhanced DBS are desirable; start ASAP.
