Software Lead Developer / Team Leader

Leading Software House is looking for a Lead Developer / Software Team Leader (hands‑on) to be a lead member of a growing development team as they continue to update and take their software to market. There are plans to build a team around this C# developer position with opportunities to move into management if desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead one of our Agile/Scrum teams, reporting into the Head of Development.
• 80/20 split between development and team leadership.
• Team leadership responsibilities, including wellbeing, hiring/firing, sickness, personal development, and work allocation.
• Influence how technology is developed moving forward.

Qualifications

• Passionate about software development via Web API / ASP.NET C# MVC / Xamarin / Mobile.
• Experience as a Tech Lead / Senior Developer and ability to influence technology directions.
• Team leader / management experience.
• Experience with C# development.
• Ability to work full‑time five days a week in the office.
