KS1 SEN Learning Support — Flexible Path to Permanent

Academics is seeking a dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistant to support pupils across KS1 in a welcoming Mid Sussex primary school. You will provide 1:1 and small group support for children with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, speech and language needs, and SEMH.

Working closely with the class teacher and SENCo, you will help implement tailored plans, encourage positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing, and contribute to an engaging, nurturing learning environment.
