High-Impact Backend Engineer (Equity) — Java/Kotlin & Rails

Jack & Jill in London is seeking a Backend Engineer to own core backend services and automation, building scalable systems with Spring Boot, Java/Kotlin, and Ruby on Rails. You will work closely with the CPTO and help shape product hypotheses in a lean, high-impact team.

You will translate user needs into pragmatic technical solutions and contribute to small frontend features in React to ensure seamless end-to-end delivery, with equity as part of the compensation.
