Site Manager – Social Housing Refurbs & Multi-Site Lead

Novus Property Solutions is seeking a Site Manager to oversee refurbishment projects across Burton, Uttoxeter, Ashbourne and surrounding areas. You will manage site teams, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure programmes and budgets are delivered on time.

The role requires SMSTS or NVQ, a full UK driving licence, and strong IT/MS Office skills to maintain reports, risk assessments and site documentation.
