As Operations manager for a well established Domicillary and Live in Care company providing Independent living. You will be responsible for ensuring the day to day operations of all the offices is running smoothly and also be responsible for growing the business with a well managed approach. You will work closely with the directors to manage issues such as staffing, logistics, growth, budgets and overall supervision of the offices.
We are supporting our client with the recruitment of a Registered Manager for their supported living services in Sheffield. Reporting to the Area Manager, the Registered Manager will provide clear and structured day to day leadership, management, and support to the local team to ensure the highest quality of service is delivered. You have responsibility of a Senior and Support Workers.

Desired Skills & Experience:
- Demonstrating CPD (i.e. achieved or working towards level 5 in H&SC and/or Management or equivalent)
- Willing to undertake further training or development which is deemed essential to fulfilling your role.
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Good sense of humour, approachable and driven to achieve
