Compliance Engineer

They are seeking a Compliance Engineer to join a dynamic R&D engineering team, located in Gwent, South Wales. This role focuses on ensuring products meet international compliance standards through robust verification, validation, and certification processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance of products through verification, validation, and testing against international standards.
• Manage certification activities, including documentation and coordination with third‑party test bodies.
• Develop and align test plans, specifications, and compliance strategies with stakeholders.
• Conduct gap analysis and support audits to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• HNC/HND or Degree in a relevant engineering discipline with 3-5 years’ experience in compliance/testing.
• Strong electronic and electrical engineering background.
• Effective communicator with strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Highly organised, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
