Marketing Director

Ayala Land International Marketing Ltd. (UK) is seeking an accomplished Marketing Director to lead revenue growth and market expansion for Ayala Land’s Philippine real estate portfolio targeting UK-based investors and buyers.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Tagalog
• Must be permanent resident of UK or holder of a valid work permit
• Four-year college graduate
• At least 2 years of progressive marketing experience with leadership responsibility
• Proven track record in real estate or high-value asset marketing
• Strong knowledge of the Philippine property market
• Demonstrated success marketing to UK-based clients
• Expertise in digital marketing strategy and marketing performance management
• Consistent history of achieving revenue growth and marketing targets

• Define and execute UK marketing strategy
• Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing teams
• Drive investor engagement, strategic partnerships, and major deal closures
• Ensure brand-aligned representation of Ayala Land’s premium developments
