Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver compelling technical solutions that address customer business challenges.
- Conduct technical discovery sessions to understand customer requirements and pain points.
- Develop and deliver technical demonstrations and proofs of concept.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to sales teams and customers.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to provide customer feedback.
- Support customer onboarding and adoption of SnapLogic’s platform.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a pre‑sales engineering, solutions architect, or similar technical role.
- Strong understanding of API integration, data integration, and cloud computing concepts (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Experience with low‑code/no‑code platforms is a plus.
