Integrations & Operations Lead, UK Roll-Up

Urban Digital Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Operations Manager – Integrations (Post-Company Acquisition) to lead post-acquisition integration across the UK. You will be embedded on-site in acquired businesses to stabilise teams and drive value beyond finance or systems migration.

You will partner with founders and product teams to implement new systems, processes and AI-enabled tools, reducing manual work while building a scalable integration playbook and cross-functional alignment.
