Continuous Improvement Lead | Lean & OEE in FMCG

Mars UK is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to drive the CI agenda across our pet food manufacturing site in Leeds area. You will lead commissioning, validation and start-up of new production lines, while delivering sustainable improvements in safety, quality and productivity.

You will partner with production, engineering and maintenance to build capability, coach teams in Lean, TPM and Six Sigma, and develop business cases that translate data into tangible outcomes for the site
