Cost-to-Serve Data Analyst — 6-Month FTC

Quilter plc is seeking a Cost to Serve Analyst on a fixed-term contract in Southampton. You will join the Finance team to translate operational activity into cost insights and support process re-engineering decisions.

You will work closely with the Data CoE and Operations to build robust, data-led views of cost drivers. The role requires an analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to interrogate large datasets while communicating findings clearly to finance and non-finance
