Job Opportunity: Product Engineer

Location: Near Dunball / Wembdon / Bridgwater

Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 (DOE)

Hybrid Working: 2 days per week from home

We are looking for a talented and driven Product Engineer to help develop and enhance our next generation of high-performance products. Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of new mechanical products
• Manage projects from initial concept through to final delivery
• Work directly with customers to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and performance
• Occasionally travel across Europe to support projects and customer relationships

What We’re Looking For

• A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
• 3-5+ years of relevant engineering experience in product development or design
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills
• A customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
• A passion for engineering innovation and continuous improvement
