We are seeking an experienced Project Delivery Senior Manager to lead the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and expertise in HR technology transformation.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive end‑to‑end project delivery: scope, planning, execution, and reporting.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment across teams.
- Oversee SuccessFactors configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Identify risks, resolve issues, and maintain project timelines and budgets.
- Support change management and user adoption through training and communication.
Necessary Knowledge / Skills
- Hands‑on experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation (Employee Central, Recruiting, etc.).
- Strong project management expertise with PMP/Prince2 preferred.
- Deep understanding of HR processes and system governance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira) and budgeting.
