Senior Consultant – Insurance Technology Transformation, TC FS

Overview

Our Insurance Technology Transformation team is at the centre of the modernisation agenda for commercial insurance and reinsurance markets, helping clients optimise their businesses, drive growth, realise efficiencies and improve customer journeys through technology-enabled solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work as part of a team to support the design and delivery of complex, strategic end-to-end technology transformation projects.
  • Engage with client stakeholders daily to understand business challenges and tailor technology solutions accordingly.
  • Analyse complex information and data, translate findings into clear analysis and deliver impactful presentations and client deliverables.
  • Support the development of market-wide propositions, proposals and bids for new clients and projects.
  • Contribute to the practice’s growth through learning and development initiatives and by mentoring graduates and industry placement students.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience in Specialty and/or General Insurance markets, either in a provider’s business or external advisory role.
  • Understanding of how market trends and business challenges affect insurers, reinsurers, brokers and other participants in Specialty or General Insurance markets.
  • Experience supporting change and transformation initiatives with a full lifecycle perspective (discovery, requirements definition, design and implementation).
  • Excellent client stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships.
  • A team‑player attitude with a willingness to support, encourage and share knowledge with colleagues.
  • Ability to coach and mentor junior colleagues and provide on‑the‑job training.
  • Commitment to actively engaging with DE&I initiatives and championing social purpose‑driven change.
  • Strong interest and commitment to developing and delivering leading‑edge solutions to insurance industry clients.
  • Willingness to contribute to the development of our internal practice.
