Education Operations Manager (12-Month FTC) – Multi-School

Lionheart Educational Trust is seeking an experienced Operations Manager on a fixed-term 12-month contract to support four schools (two in Coalville and two in Swadlincote). The role is 37 hours per week, 40 weeks per year, focusing on strategic planning and efficient resource deployment across sites.

The successful candidate will have education-management experience, strong IT and project management skills, and will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.
