Location:

What you’ll be doing

  • Create, build and deploy engaging email marketing campaigns across the customer lifecycle.
  • Build and optimise automated CRM journeys, including welcome, retention and re‑engagement flows.
  • Write compelling, on‑brand copy that drives opens, clicks and conversions.
  • Design high-quality email layouts that deliver a strong customer experience.
  • Manage campaigns within Klaviyo, ensuring accurate segmentation, scheduling and reporting.
  • Work closely with acquisition, ecommerce and brand teams to support wider marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and retention.
  • Support subscription marketing initiatives and help grow customer lifetime value.

What you’ll need

  • Strong commercial experience within CRM or Email Marketing, ideally in an ecommerce environment.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging, conversion‑focused email content.
  • Experience designing email campaigns as well as writing the copy behind them.
  • Hands‑on experience using Klaviyo is highly desirable, although experience with other CRM platforms will also be considered.
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, retention and automated email journeys.
  • Experience working within ecommerce, DTC or subscription-based businesses would be highly advantageous.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns.
  • A proactive mindset with a genuine curiosity to learn, improve and develop new skills.
  • Comfortable operating in a hands‑on execution role rather than a strategic leadership position.
  • Portfolio examples or screenshots of previous email campaigns would be highly beneficial during the interview process.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with subscription-based brands.
  • Basic understanding of AI tools within CRM and marketing workflows.
  • Experience analysing campaign performance to optimise customer engagement.

This role would suit a creative, copy‑led CRM professional who enjoys building engaging customer journeys, thrives in a fast‑paced ecommerce environment and wants to play a key role in the growth of an ambitious consumer brand.
