Defence Aircraft Fitter Engineer

Serco Defence is seeking a Fitter Engineer (Any) to support Off‑Aircraft Workshop activities at RNAS Culdrose, Helston. You will help keep aircraft critical to national defence airworthy and available, delivering tasks safely and to required standards, while mentoring colleagues.

The role is 38 hours per week and requires BPSS clearance, with possible higher security clearance. Essential: at least one year of engineering training or experience and a Level 2 Diploma or recognised apprenticeship;
