Plessey Semiconductors Ltd in Plymouth is seeking a motivated Graduate Engineer to join the Epitaxy team. You will develop expertise in semiconductor epitaxial growth processes while contributing to process monitoring, data analysis, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Working with experienced engineers, you will support manufacture and development of high-performance devices by analysing process data, maintaining metrology systems, and producing technical reports.
