Responsibilities
- Ensure all Commercial processes (including Procurement) are implemented and followed
- Contribute to developing processes to improve and maximise growth
- Draft and develop robust Commercial documents in conjunction with Legal to protect the interests of Framatome Ltd and maximise opportunities
- Ensure that the organisation complies with the contract obligations as stated
- Communicate with internal and external parties so that all understand the terms and particularly the contract financial aspects
- Coach and develop employees on best practices for managing complex contract issues
- Nurture relationships with clients to ensure long‑term delivery and value for the company
- Negotiate and agree contracts prior to contract placement
- Highlight commercial risk during the bid process
- Accept additional duties as situations arise
- Adhere to Commercial processes
- Maintain a clear, concise understanding of contract obligations across relevant stakeholders and Business Leadership
- Ensure business compliance with contractual obligations
- Provide clear commercial/contract awareness training across relevant teams
- Secure favourably negotiated and agreed contracts prior to placement
- Apply robust commercial rigour within the bid process and clarify commercial risks within the bids

Qualifications
- Proven experience in a junior contract/commercial management role, particularly in handling high‑value, complex contracts
- Good background in corporate finance with understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and cost management
- Foundational experience in complex negotiations and stakeholder management, demonstrating ability to handle high‑pressure situations with tact and professionalism
- Strong knowledge of contract terms and construction industry regulations, with ability to interpret and apply them to projects
- Confident and professional manner with excellent presentation skills to engage clients and stakeholders effectively
- Determination and resilience to stay focused and motivated despite setbacks
- Passionate, enthusiastic, and charismatic approach to leadership, inspiring teams and clients alike
- Innovative mindset willing to explore new ways of achieving results and challenging conventional thinking
- Positive outlook focused on finding opportunities in adversity and maintaining motivation in difficult situations
