Apply for the EU Marketing and Communications Section Manager

Job Description:

Responsible for executing marketing and communication strategies across the European region
Develop and execute European marketing plans in alignment with the company’s strategy
Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to tailor marketing initiatives
Collaborate with local marketing teams to adapt campaigns and content for local market
Manage the annual marketing budget for the region
Develop and manage marketing content such as brochures and social media posts
Manage digital presence and optimize campaigns for SEO
Ensure all efforts align with the company’s brand identity

Knowledge of marketing principles, campaign development, and content creation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to craft clear and compelling messages
Experience with digital marketing tools, SEO, social media platforms, and analytics
Ability to develop innovative marketing and communication strategies
Strong ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work efficiently under pressure
Proficiency in analysing data to measure campaign performance and inform future decisions
Understanding of customer behaviour and the ability to tailor messaging to meet their needs
Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
Experience in marketing or communication roles, preferably within a multinational or regional context
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other European languages is an advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, marketing automation tools, and design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
Google Ads, HubSpot, or similar marketing certifications are a plus
