Reporting to the Service Sales Manager the Service Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by engaging with our extensive installed base across a wide range on industries and supporting the wider sales and service teams in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role is based out of our Huntingdon offices and is hybrid.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

  • Selling service contracts, customer training & VideojetConnect™ Remote Service (VRS) to existing and prospective customers.
  • Renewing existing service agreements and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Identifying & qualifying new sales opportunities through proactive phone-based engagement with leads generated by external sales teams and marketing campaigns.
  • Managing and progressing opportunities through the sales funnel using CRM tools and regular follow-ups.
  • Supporting customer retention and growth by maintaining strong relationships and understanding customer needs.
  • Providing pre-sales support for opportunities in the pipeline, collaborating with field sales and technical teams.
  • Accurately maintaining CRM records and ensure data integrity for reporting and forecasting

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Previous experience in B2B internal sales, ideally within a technical or industrial environment.
  • Experience selling service-based solutions or contracts is highly desirable.
  • Confidence in communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • A collaborative mindset with a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to shared goals.
  • A strong sense of ownership and accountability in delivering excellent customer experiences.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) with a strong focus on data accuracy.
