Following the tremendous success of the OMODA and JAECOO brands across the UK — and particularly the outstanding achievements at our flagship Cannock dealership — the Brindley Group is continuing its exciting partnership with the globally renowned Chery Automotive Group.

With the successful launch of our Chery‑backed operations in Wolverhampton and Cannock, Brindley Group is proud to become one of the very first dealer groups in the UK to represent an exciting new international automotive brand: LEPAS.

Due to this exciting new dealership launch, we are now looking to recruit ambitious, energetic and customer‑focused Sales Executives to join the team at our brand‑new Brindley Lepas Wolverhampton dealership.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a major new automotive franchise from day one and help introduce one of the industry’s newest and most innovative vehicle brands to the UK market.

We are recruiting for multiple positions.

The Role

As a Sales Executive at Brindley Lepas Wolverhampton, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while helping to establish and grow an exciting new automotive brand within the local market.

This is a fast‑paced and rewarding role where no two days are the same. We are looking for motivated individuals who thrive in a busy sales environment, enjoy working with people and are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.

You will be responsible for guiding customers through every stage of the buying journey, from initial enquiry and vehicle presentation through to finance discussions, vehicle handover and long‑term customer retention.

The successful candidate will understand the importance of delivering a modern, premium and professional customer experience both in the showroom and online.

Daily responsibilities will include:

  • Managing showroom and digital customer enquiries
  • Building strong relationships with customers
  • Demonstrating and presenting vehicles professionally
  • Arranging and conducting test drives
  • Explaining finance and product options
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and follow‑up activity
  • Working towards individual and team sales targets
  • Delivering exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the sales process

We are looking for individuals who can embrace the excitement and energy of launching a new automotive brand while maintaining excellent attention to detail and professionalism in a busy dealership environment.

Social Media & Digital Engagement

Importantly, we are looking for candidates who fully embrace the power of social media and digital engagement. Social media is now a major part of how the Chery Automotive brands communicate with customers, build brand awareness and generate audience engagement.

The successful candidates will be expected to:

  • Be comfortable appearing in and supporting social media content
  • Help promote the dealership and brand online
  • Work alongside our marketing and content teams to create engaging content
  • Understand modern customer buying behaviour and online engagement
  • Use social media platforms confidently and professionally
  • Bring energy, personality and enthusiasm to the dealership’s digital presence

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who understand that today’s customer journey extends far beyond the showroom floor.

About You

  • Previous motor trade sales experience would be advantageous but not essential
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Positive, motivated and target‑driven attitude
  • Professional appearance and approach
  • Passion for automotive products and technology
  • Comfortable using social media and digital platforms
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑moving team environment
  • Full UK driving licence required

Working Hours

  • 5‑day working week on a rota basis
  • Monday to Saturday (inclusive)
  • Sundays: Closed (dealership does not open)
