Senior Etch Process Development Engineer

IC Resources is seeking a Staff Etch Process Development Engineer to develop and optimise dry and wet etch processes for III-V semiconductor and photonic devices. You will drive process improvements and support new product introductions to enhance yield and production efficiency.

The role requires strong data analysis, DOE, Six Sigma, and Lean methods, plus the ability to work independently within multidisciplinary teams and collaborate across Product, Equipment, Manufacturing and R&D groups.
