Operational Lead, Emergency Social Care Hybrid Development

Bracknell Forest Council is seeking an Operational Lead for the Berkshire Emergency Duty Service (EDS). The role is permanent, part‑time (28‑32 hours/week) on a fixed rota of Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, supporting vulnerable children, adults and families in crisis.

You will be a registered Social Worker with substantial leadership experience and a strong, person‑centred approach grounded in social care and health frameworks.
