  • Drive continuous improvement and maintain high service standards

About You

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience as a Registered Manager or strong Deputy Manager ready to step up
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding, exploitation, and complex trauma
  • Experience working with CSE, exploitation, or high-risk adolescent services (highly desirable)
  • Confident and reflective leader with strong emotional resilience
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to lead and develop a specialist, high-sensitivity staff team
  • Committed to trauma-informed and child-centred practice

Benefits

  • Salary up to £47,000
  • Private healthcare plan
  • Contributory pension scheme
  • Specialist training in trauma-informed and CSE-focused practice
  • Ongoing professional development and progression opportunities
  • Supportive leadership structure

The Opportunity

You’ll be leading a team that requires consistency, emotional strength, and a deep commitment to safeguarding and therapeutic care—within a service designed to genuinely change outcomes for some of the most vulnerable young people in care.
