Introduction

The Care and Support Group is looking for a motivated and organised Business Administration Apprentice to join our team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a busy office environment while working towards a recognised qualification.

What You’ll Do

You will mainly support the recruitment function, helping with day-to-day administration and candidate processes, while also gaining exposure to other areas of the business.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Sift and review CVs for current vacancies
  • Carry out right to work and ID checks
  • Support recruitment administration and maintain accurate records
  • Arrange interviews and communicate with candidates
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails professionally
  • Update files to internal systems
  • Prepare documents, letters and recruitment packs
  • Support onboarding and compliance processes
  • Assist different departments with general administration tasks
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately

Training Outcome

To transition into a full-time administrative support position within the organisation. Future development and opportunities across the business will also be fully supported.
