Join our dedicated team at Hemel YPHS, providing supported accommodation for 16-24-year-olds, including young parents and those moving towards independence.nnYou will be part of a compassionate, values-driven team that works collaboratively with social workers, local authorities, and other professionals to create a safe, inclusive environment where every young person feels respected and supported. Your role will involve:nnHelping young people develop life skills and confidencenSupporting access to education, training, and employmentnBuilding trusting relationships and offering compassionate guidancenResponding to challenges and contributing to safeguarding plansThis role follows a 24-hour rota, including evenings, weekends, and regular sleep-ins (paid at £52.78 per night).nnShifts:nn2:30pm – 10:30pmnSleep in 10:30pm – 7:30amn7:30am – 3:30pmAbout YounnYou will be empathetic, resilient, and committed to making a difference.
