We have an excellent opportunity available for a Customer Relations Specialist to join our team at Porsche Centre Edinburgh.
Responsibilities
As a Sytner Customer Relations Specialist, you will provide outstanding customer care, maintain long‑term relationships, manage our database, diary and appointments, keep customers updated on the latest products to increase sales, and resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently. You will work closely with the Aftersales team to offer best advice and provide a world‑class service to all customers.
Qualifications
We accept applications from individuals who are willing to learn and progress. Training is provided through our dedicated in‑house Learning & Development team and outstanding manufacturer courses. You should demonstrate excellent interpersonal, organisational and administrative abilities, effective communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a positive attitude focused on delivering customer satisfaction. Proficiency in all Microsoft applications, including Microsoft Excel, is required.
