Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 4 developers within an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Influence technology direction and improve development practices.
• Work closely with other development teams and stakeholders.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and mentoring sessions.
• Ensure high‑quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines.

Qualifications and Skills

• Passionate about web application development and API architecture.
• Excellent communicator capable of inspiring and managing a technical team.
• Hands‑on development experience in ASP.Net, C#, WEB API, Angular, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and SQL Server.

The skills required for the role of the Tech Lead / Software Development Team Leader are:

• Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks such as Angular.js / jQuery.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
