Job Description:
Cardiff and Vale University Health Board is seeking a Specialist Clinical Pharmacist for the Emergency Department to lead the ED clinical pharmacy service, provide expert prescribing and optimise medications for safe patient care.
You will work within a multidisciplinary team, develop policies, and contribute to cost-efficient prescribing and service improvement within the ED. A Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy and independent prescriber qualification are required for this role.
