You will create a supportive, nurturing environment that enhances quality of life, helping people live independently while providing the appropriate level of residential care and support.nnAbout the Rolenn- Enabling individuals to access a full range of activitiesnn- Contributing to and following person-centred care plansnn- Assisting with personal care and daily living tasksnn- Completing key daily documentation accuratelynn- Administering and recording medication safelynn- Supporting individuals with domestic tasksnn- Providing a range of support tailored to service users’ needsnn- Building and maintaining positive relationships with service users and their familiesnn- Encouraging independent living skills where possiblennRequirementsnn– Previous experience working with vulnerable adults with Autism, Learning Disabilities, or Mental Health conditionsnn- Strong communication skillsnn- Ability to work as part of a team and use initiative when working alonennApply below
