Our client, a well-established and highly respected name within the retail industry, is seeking a Payroll & Accounts Administrator to join their finance team. This role will be part time (3 days per week) with the requirement to work full time between the months of May-July.nnReporting to the Group Finance Controller, you will take ownership of payroll services and play a key role in supporting wider finance operations.nnKey ResponsibilitiesnnProcess monthly payroll for 150+ employees across multiple entities using SagenManage seasonal payroll activity and support additional payroll requirementsnCalculate overtime, holiday pay, and salary adjustmentsnHandle tax, NI, and insurance deductions accuratelynMaintain payroll records, tax codes, and employee datanIssue tax forms and support employees with payroll queriesnCollaborate closely with HR on employee records and pension enrolmentnEnsure payroll compliance with current legislation and audit requirementsnAnalyse payroll data and produce reports as needednSupport finance administration and journal payroll data into the finance systemnContinuously improve payroll processes and proceduresAbout YounnProven experience in payroll and accounts administrationnStrong knowledge of payroll systems (Sage preferred)nHigh attention to detail and accuracynExcellent organisational and communication skills nnInterviewing ASAP – apply nownn51369RMnnINDPAYnnThe Portfolio Group are acting on behalf of our client in recruiting for this position
