Role

We are looking for a motivated and results‑driven Range Manager to oversee the efficient operation of our Driving Range Facility. You will ensure excellent customer service while driving business growth and profitability across all areas, including food and beverage services.

• Work closely with the Golf Operations Manager to promote events, manage the team and meet budget targets
• Oversee daily maintenance of the range to meet safety and hygiene standards
• Provide a high‑quality guest experience
• Assist in training and developing the team
• Manage staff rota and scheduling
• Contribute to overall facility improvements

Experience & Skills Required

• Previous experience in a golf environment desirable

Schedule

• 7‑day a week operation, opening 06:00 to 23:00
• Shift patterns will vary and cover all opening hours, including weekends and bank holidays
