Strategic Direct Tax Lead, UK and ROI Compliance

Sodexo seeks an experienced Senior Direct Tax Manager to lead the UK & ROI Tax Compliance Team and support group reporting, ETR forecasting, and cross-functional tax advisory projects. You will partner with stakeholders to drive compliance and strategic tax guidance across the business.

You will manage the annual corporate tax cycle, balance sheet reconciliation, and SAO documentation while overseeing TP files and critical tax risk areas. Strong leadership and technical acumen are essential.
