Role Description
We are looking for a highly connected and experienced business developer with established, long-standing relationships with UK property developers and real estate investors actively seeking development finance, bridging finance, or commercial finance. This is primarily an origination role: you bring the client relationships, we handle the relationships with lenders, the structuring and the execution. Ideal for someone with a strong existing book who wants a high and competitive salary while retaining substantial upside through substantial bonuses in case of overperformance.
