Job Description:

GXO Logistics, Inc. is hiring a Technical Helpdesk Support to join our Lifetime Services Helpdesk team in Milton Keynes. You will provide 2nd–3rd line technical support across software systems, triage tickets, and ensure fast, accurate resolutions while working in a hybrid setup.

The role is full-time and permanent, with shifts Monday to Friday and occasional travel to customer sites. Salary up to £32,000 with 25 days annual leave, pension, and private medical cover.
