Community Nurse – Youth Mental Health Support (Fixed Term)

Hywel Dda University Health Board invites applications for a fixed-term/secondment post with the GP Youth Project in South Pembrokeshire. The role focuses on delivering brief, psychologically informed interventions to young people and providing nursing care under supervision within a community setting.
