Contracts Manager – Groundworks & RC Frames

We’re looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join our growing construction team.

Our core business is groundworks, with additional reinforced concrete (RC) frame projects. The successful candidate will oversee multiple contracts from pre-start through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple groundworks and RC frame projects.
• Oversee site teams and subcontractors.
• Monitor programme, budget, quality, and health & safety.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Attend site and client meetings.
• Identify and resolve project risks and issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the construction industry.
• Strong background in groundworks (RC frame experience is advantageous).
• Excellent organisational, commercial, and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
