Field Care Supervisor – Witney
Agincare invites experienced care professionals to join our team as a Field Care Supervisor. The role is based in the Witney area and offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for day‑to‑day support, guidance and information to allocated clients and staff.
- Monitor and check the health and well‑being of clients and staff through face‑to‑face visits, telephone calls and monitoring care records.
- Carry out assessments and re‑assessments of care needs, and manage risks so care plans remain person‑centred.
- Ensure safeguards are in place to protect clients from abuse and support staff with training and support to deliver safe care.
- Conduct regular supervisions and reviews with team members to review competency and promote personal development.
- Provide on‑call support and work during weekends as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
- Demonstrable experience in the social care sector at a supervisory level.
- Well organised and self‑motivated.
- Availability for 40 hours per week, including weekends.
