Responsibilities
- Take ownership of your product area from first fit through to production and delivery.
- Work closely with Design, Buying, Merchandising and suppliers to manage fit sessions, approve garments, maintain quality and grading standards, and review test reports.
- Ensure products meet both technical and commercial expectations.
- Assess supplier capability, monitor returns and quality performance.
- Conduct store visits to identify improvements and support the development of commercially successful products.
- Communicate technical feedback to suppliers and cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of three years’ technical experience within jersey or apparel, ideally gained with a fashion retailer or supplier.
- Strong understanding of garment fit, construction, grading, testing and fabric performance.
- Ability to confidently communicate technical feedback to suppliers and cross-functional teams.
- Analytical, commercially aware and highly organised, with experience interpreting returns data, assessing product risk, and driving continuous improvements.
- Enjoys working collaboratively in a fast-paced fashion environment and is passionate about delivering great-quality products.
