Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:
**Support kitchen operations:** Assist the Night Kitchen team in maintaining a clean, organised, and well-prepared kitchen environment to ensure smooth overnight operations **Maintain cleanliness standards:** Ensure all kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils are cleaned and stored correctly, supporting efficient food preparation and service **Ensure health and safety compliance:** Follow all Health & Safety and hygiene procedures, maintaining a safe environment for both team members and guests **Support team efficiency:** Work collaboratively with the kitchen brigade to keep operations running seamlessly and support overall team performance **Assist with kitchen organisation:** Help manage the flow of equipment and ensure all items are readily available for use by the kitchen team C **ontribute to a positive team environment:** Demonstrate reliability, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic while supporting a productive and rewarding workplace
