Resident Boarding Assistant — Student Welfare and Housing

Bishop’s Stortford College is seeking a Resident Boarding Assistant in Hertfordshire. The role provides a fully furnished bed-sit with en-suite within the boarding house and access to shared kitchen and laundry facilities.

All meals during term-time are included, with safeguarding and welfare of pupils at the core of duties. The successful candidate will work with staff to ensure welfare, safety, and well-being of boarders, with DBS and safeguarding checks part of the pre-employment process.
