Community Housing Coach: Tenancy & Neighbourhood Wellness

Bromford is looking for a Neighbourhood Coach to manage a patch of around 200 homes across a mixed work pattern of homeworking, office time, and customer visits. You will help customers sustain tenancies, build thriving neighbourhoods, and collaborate with local partners to deliver positive outcomes.

You will own your patch, balancing tenancy duties with customer support and ensuring homes and areas are well maintained while issues are resolved effectively.
