Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, train and develop a high‑performing team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Coach staff on product knowledge, brand representation, service quality and customer retention.
• Drive trade activity, grow sales and maximise profitability.
• Manage shift planning, resource allocation and root‑cause resolution to support business continuity.
• Ensure compliance with internal systems and legal trading standards, and promote a safe working environment.
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships with clients and partners.
