About the Role

As a Bank Activities Coordinator at Barchester care home, you’ll help create a stimulating environment that enables us to deliver exceptional all‑round care and support for our residents. Our ethos is all about celebrating life, so you’ll devise imaginative, fun and motivational activities that suit every interest and ability. Part of your time will be spent getting to know our residents and their families before you create tailored activity programmes focused on maximising everyone’s wellbeing, independence and social engagement.

About You

You will be warm, empathetic and personable, with strong organisational skills and a driven mindset that ensures tasks get done efficiently. Your infectious enthusiasm and creative approach will inspire residents and staff to get involved in activities both within the home and in the local community. Any similar experience would be ideal, but it isn’t essential as we provide the training you need to develop your skills and progress your career.
