Academics is seeking a Functional Skills Tutor to join a specialist Further Education College in Christchurch, Dorset, starting September 2026. This unique role combines teaching with equine therapy, working with students aged 16-25 with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.
The ideal candidate will have a Level 5 teaching qualification and teaching experience, with a passion for working in an innovative learning environment that includes horses to support personal development and learning outcomes.
