We’re recruiting experienced Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineers to join a successful food manufacturing operation in Bradford.
Working a Panama shift pattern (2‑2‑3), nights 18:00‑06:00, you’ll become a key part of the engineering team, ensuring production equipment remains reliable, efficient, and operating to the highest standards.
This is a hands‑on role for an engineer who enjoys fault finding, improving machinery performance, and working with a wide range of automated production equipment.

The Engineering Environment
You’ll be working within a fast‑paced FMCG manufacturing site operating around the clock, supporting complex production machinery including:
- Conveyors
- Motors
- Pumps
- Packaging equipment
- Automated production systems
This is a varied engineering role where every shift brings new challenges and opportunities to use your technical skills.
About You
We’re looking for an engineer with:
- NVQ Level 3, ONC, BTEC Level 3 or equivalent engineering qualification
- Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance experience
- Experience within FMCG, manufacturing, food production, or similar environments
- Strong fault‑finding ability across industrial machinery
- A proactive approach to preventative maintenance and reliability improvement
- The confidence to make decisions quickly in a fast‑paced environment
- A hands‑on attitude and strong work ethic
