Outdoor Learning Support Assistant – SEND & EAL Mentor

St Bedes invites applications for an Outdoor Beacon 3 Learning Support Assistant to support students with SEND, SEMH and EAL through engaging outdoor education programmes. You will work with teaching staff to plan and deliver activities that build confidence, independence and a positive connection to learning.

The role focuses on outdoor learning and expedition-based activities across college sites. A Level 2 qualification and GCSEs in English and Maths are required, with First Aid training
