Family Liaison & Community Support Officer

Harwich and Dovercourt High School is looking for a Family Liaison Officer to build relationships between the school, students, and their families. You will support children and parents by conducting home visits and promoting positive communication to ensure that educational success continues at home.

This role requires strong skills in building rapport with families and a proactive approach to working with students and external agencies. A commitment to safeguarding and child welfare is paramount in our school environment.
